Welcome to Pricewall app. We are an e-commerce platform that allows various enterprises or businesses to post their products and offers, deals. Individuals or users can view these products and deals and can come to your shop to opt for these deals. This platform is only focused on announcing a plethora of deals and discounts on various products or services. There’s no online sale or online order on this e-commerce platform.

BUYERS/CUSTOMER

This e-commerce platform is not for any online sale or online delivery. Our users or customers can explore various exclusive deals on products and services. Buyers can visit the stores or shops after checking out the deals. Any online purchase or transactions are subjected to risks and the authorities of the application are not responsible for any loss of money during the transaction.

SHOPS/SELLER

Sellers or shops can list their deals and discounts as well as products on our application. The platform is only for listing your deals and products for your customers to view and visit the store. Any content that violates theguidelines or gies against the rules and regulations will be suspended withoutnotice.

The following are the rules and regulations to be followed when using the Pricewall App. The rules stated will be an agreement kept between the website/App and its users. Users are requested to strictly abide by the rules and to not crossover the policies mentioned. Before participating the website, users are requested to go through the agreements and policies stated. I. PLATFORM ALONE

The website/app is a niche for traders to portray the goods they wish to offers and deals, the website/app is not responsible of the transaction that takes place over this platform. The members will be responsible for their actions of transactions.

II. USER(S) ELIGIBILITY

The website app users to make trade service under relevant laws of the country to which the user belongs to. The website shall not take any responsibility for user behavior. The website is not affiliated to the traders or its buyers.

III. USER(S) AGREEMENT

Users are to abide my certain agreements, whether they are free or paid users. This includes that the users may not copy paste the content available on the website. The users may also not use the content from the site against the website itself, without prior authorization from the website team. In case the website content is seen to be reproduced by one of its users, strict actions will be implemented.

IV. CHANGES TO USERS AGREEMENT

The website has all the right to change its content or way of implementation of any action without prior notice to its users. The users are advised to constantly check in to the privacy policies of the website. If any disagreement is seen to the aforementioned, the user can discontinue their service in the website.

V. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

PRICEWALL is the only owner of its website and its content. But the website is not responsible for the content that is uploaded by its users. The website is the sole owner of the website trademark, copyright content, and the URLs assigned by the website to its users.

VI. THIRD PARTY SITES

Third party sites have a space engaged over the website. How so ever, the website is not responsible for their actions and the transactions involved with them the website as mentioned is a mere platform.

VII. TERMINATION

The website has the right to terminate any offers availed by them at any time without prior notice. The features availed can be free or paid, which can be terminated under unlawful actions or in case of any update. The website has the right to withdraw the membership of the users. The reasons include if the user is involved in malpractice activities, breach the privacy policies, post contents that are irrelevant or spam, mimic company names without proper authorization, or unlawful authorization of any member’s account. If the website removes the membership of a user, the user does not get a chance to reenroll again even in the name of a new account. No refund will be given in case of membership withdrawal.

VIII. REGISTERED USER(S)

Users are allowed to become recorded users on the website after following certain procedures. They are required to fill up a catalogue form. The website may or may not give the users access to a message account with some amount of storage space to exchange mails. Users are responsible for the exchanged mails posted via their message account.

IX. DATA PROTECTION

Data provided by the users will only be posted after a review done by the website team.

The website does not authorize the warranty or the manufacture. It is the sole responsibility of the third party to do the same. The website is also not responsible for any case of damage in trade or goods.

XIII. NOTICES

All notices must be send to PRICEWALL in the following manner: to TACKZONA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, 1st Floor-1/1944-2 Krishna, Indira Junction, Padamugal, Kakkanad, Kochi,Kerala, India. All notices or demands to or upon a user shall be effective if either delivered personally, sent by courier, certified mail.

XIV. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTIONS

Terms and condition of use agreement, Privacy Policy shall be ruled in all admiration by the laws of Indian Territory. THE WEBSITE IS SUBJECTED TO THE LAWS AS ISSUED BY THE High Court of Kerala.

MISCELLANEOUS

Web site shall have the right to assign its responsibilities and duties in this Agreement and in any agreement relating to any/all of its Services to any person or entity. All calls to Pricewall app are completely confidential. However, your call may be recorded to ensure quality of service. Further, for training purpose and to ensure excellent customer service, calls from Pricewall App may be monitored and recorded.

XVI. BIG BUYER TERMS OF USE

Under Big Buyer banner, PRICEWALL may develop the MICROSITE for the USER(S) TACKZONA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED on its website (i.e. www.pricewall.app), wherein PRICEWALL shall display all the leads of the USER(S) TACKZONA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED separately, which would help USER(S) in finding out the RIGHT suppliers in short period of time.

USER(S) TACKZONA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED hereby grant right to PRICEWALL to use its Intellectual Property on its website in relation to the requirements posted by the USER(S) on PRICEWALL.com

USER(S) TACKZONA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ensures that the contents provided to PRICEWALL APP shall not contain any material which is offensive / derogatory / explicit / perverse to any specific race, gender or class of persons or degrading to public conscience or morals and do not breach any applicable law.

PRICEWALL APP makes no representations or warranties to USER(S) with respect to services provided by PRICEWALL APP under Big Buyer banner.

(A) In no event shall PRICEWALL APP be liable to USER(S) TACKZONA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED for any special, exemplary, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or for any damages arising out of or in connection with respect to the above-mentioned service.

XVII. PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCT/SERVICE POLICIES

The website does not exchange the trade of pharmaceutical products. The website is not responsible if the user puts up such related products or if a failed transaction is done, if so.
